EXCHANGE POLICY
NON-OFFER PRODUCTS

- For Exchange you may return the product to us at C5A/94, Janak Puri, New Delhi-110058 with in 7 days, with intact packing and bubble wrap, along with the invoice. Once we receive the product, we will check the product and issue you coupon code/ gift card for the same product value within 5 days of receiving your return. You can shop for the amount any time in the future.
OFFER PRODUCTS
- For three (3) earrings for Rs.1000/-, Three (3) necklaces for Rs.1500/-, sale under Rs250/-, sale under Rs.450/- and any discounted products under special offers or special sale there is no exchange. We replace only damaged products and missing products with same design.
RETURN POLICY

1. We have a return policy if the product you receive is damaged and is informed to us within 24 hrs. of delivery. You can email us at Customer.aj@outlook.com with order number or you can WhatsApp at +91 9311726263.
2. For return (Damaged Products) we will pick up the product(s). Once we receive the damage product(s) we dispatch the new product.
3. For return (Non- Damaged Products), you may return the product(s) at Adwitya Jewels LLP (Off- C5A/94, Janak Puri, New Delhi-110058) with intact packing and bubble wrap, along with the invoice.
4. For any claim of missing or defective product, please make a complete un-boxing video of the delivered parcel and send on +91 9311726263 mentioning your order ID or write us on Customer.aj@outlook.com, we will guide you thereafter.
REFUND POLICY
In case refund we generate coupon code/ gift card value of the same product(s) for the future purchase. The gift card/ coupon code shall be e gift card/ e- coupon code and the same will be shared to on your email address provide to us at the time of placing the order.
The gift card/ coupon code can redeemed within one year of receiving the gift card/ coupon code.

DEFECTIVE AND DAMAGE ITEMS
All our products are checked before packing. We also pack carefully so that the jewelry does not get damaged while in transit. But in case of very rare instance of items get damage in transit please contact us at Customer.aj@outlook.com with order number or you can WhatsApp at +919311726263with in 24 hrs. after the delivery the product(s). We will help you to resolve any issues as quickly as possible buy replacing the item. Once the damaged item has been returned to us by post. We will dispatch the placement.
